Effective Dates and Applicability of Policies

General Applicability

This version of the HR Handbook becomes effective starting December 12th 2024 for all employees barring the mentioned specific policies.

For all new employees joining after Dec 12th 2024 all policies apply.

Specific Policy Updates

Holiday Entitlement - The updated policy regarding the total number of holidays will apply to all new employees joining on or after December 12th.

• For existing employees, this update will take effect starting July 1st of the following year. Until then, the current holiday policy remains in effect.

Other Provisions

• Unless otherwise stated, all other policies in this handbook are applicable to both new and existing employees from the respective effective date of this document.
