Attendance Policy:

The time frame to email HR about a missed check-in was reduced from three (3) days to two (2) days.

Late Policy - Grace Period:

Old: Employees arriving before 10:05 AM were not considered late, and arrivals at 10:06 AM or later were marked as late.

New: Employees arriving before 10:15 AM are not considered late, and arrivals at 10:16 AM or later are marked as late. Habitual Lateness Meetings:

Omissions:

• Removed the note about conducting meetings with employees with a history of habitual lateness and presenting comprehensive records during such meetings.
